Eligibility
Hoglet is an adult general-audience service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, to use it.
If you believe an account belongs to an ineligible minor, contact support. Hoglet will stop providing the service for that account and handle its personal data in accordance with applicable deletion, retention, and legal requirements.

Reflection sessions
Reflection minutes count only while you are in an active voice conversation with Hoglet.
If a reflection does not start or finish correctly, email [email protected]. Include what screen you were on, what you saw, and the approximate time it happened. You do not need to include anything you said in the reflection.
Plans and minutes
If you run out of minutes, you can still review the reflections and Insights you already created. To begin another voice conversation, wait for your monthly minutes to refresh or choose a plan with more time.
Apple handles purchases and billing through the App Store. If you have an active plan, open Settings, then Plan, to manage it. App Store prices may vary by region.
Your account and data
To permanently remove your personal reflection data, open Settings, choose Preferences, then open Privacy & data and choose Delete personal data. Your account, plan, remaining minutes, billing records, and voice and language preferences are kept.
To permanently delete your entire Hoglet account, choose Delete account on the same Privacy & data screen and type DELETE ACCOUNT to confirm. This removes your Hoglet sign-in, reflections, memories, settings, remaining minutes, and account-linked billing state.
Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through Apple. If you used Sign in with Apple, Hoglet also shows the Apple setting where you can remove Hoglet after deletion.
