How plans and minutes work.
When do reflection minutes count?
Minutes are used only while an active voice conversation with Hoglet is running.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Your allowance refreshes each month, and unused minutes do not carry into the next month.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
You can still look back on everything you have already created. To start another conversation, wait for your allowance to refresh or move to a plan with more minutes through the App Store.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your saved reflections, summaries, moods, themes, memories, and patterns remain available. You only need an active plan to start a new conversation.
How does annual billing work?
An annual plan is paid for through the App Store and still gives you a fresh allowance of reflection minutes each month. The App Store shows the final regional price and renewal terms before you subscribe.
